Who even does that today?
I’m not encouraging anyone,
Don’t do it because I do,
I’m already in too deep,
I locked myself away from the world,
Because all they did was judge,
Today seems fair,
So don’t loose yourself,
You will be in so much pain,
Maybe more than I was in.
You see,
The drugs don’t always work,
Sometimes they make you hate you,
Sometimes the whole world,
That’s why I’m telling you this,
So you don’t lose yourself,
Don’t run away,
Embrace your sanity,
Before you don’t remember,
Whatever pain felt like,
And sometimes you’ll feel wasted,
But such is life.
So I’ll say no,
For the sake of they,
Who think it’s good,
Who just began,
Who think it’s fun,
Who think life’s better,
On this side of the river,
Life stays the same,
The society stays the same,
Everything stays the same.
When you have cocaine for air,
It always feels good,
Only if you are used to it,
But if you a beginner,
You might just die.
So don’t do drugs,
Make your lives better,
I hear there’s support groups,
Rehabilitation centres,
The food there is nasty,
The experience so bad,
Everyone nags you,
But don’t be like me,
I’m no role model.
Fight to rise up from the ashes,
To get out of the situation,
Not dig yourself deeper,
I’m no teacher,
No professor,
No angel,
Mf I’m definitely no saint.
But I’ll tell you this,
Cancer is watching you,
Waiting for you,
But you already know that,
Hell, even I know that,
Cuz I got my own,
I don’t need your pity,
I need you to fight the temptation,
Wake up,
Open your eyes,
Cuz in the end,
There won’t be no gang,
No squad,
No happy hour,
No 4.20 no more,
It’ll just be you,
In your fvcking casket.
You can listen,
Or you can hear,
I ain’t no preacher,
Just an experienced fool.
See y’all in the afterlife,
If ever there’s such shit.
Say no to drugs.
