What arguments can I loose?
I believe am that irreplaceable goose
That bright spark in the dark.
Am just another black ball in the white waters.
I can’t leave my love
Just because she lacks no curves
Just because she leaves beyond my horizon
Just because she speaks in Greek.
I can’t let my banana friend die in vain
Or rather drown my khat neighbor
Why would I raise voices against my sweet pilau
Just because my blood is black as coal.
Boundaries are just like atmosphere
And so are our broad countries
Divided into small counties
Just to fit as all.
My business pays fees for her in kericho
Her tea serves my guest in serena
Her bitter cocoa serves my dinner in maasai mara
So why shouldn’t I share love?
I should probably love my kanzu brothers
While not forgetting my other crusaders
I can’t miss jumping along with my roho ministers
When am subscribed to catholic alone.
Political environment might be different
Our opinions makes us opponents
But what are we fighting for?
Is it power… or death!
Raise not your voice when the discussions become hot
Keep your anger when you can no longer hold it
Keep away your pangas whenever peace is lacking
And see all this lost love we’ve been missing.
