STOP!!!

For them, they have no say

Within them it doesn’t seem right

But they battle with the fact that they are voiceless

It would be easy if it had no impact on them

Sadly in this case, the impact is directly affecting them

Mentally, emotionally and its something they get to grow with within them, unless dealt with

No child enjoys watching his mother and father fight

Yes its normalized to some extent

But society is blinded to the depth of its effects on children

Both present and future

The damage runs deep

Controlling their lives

But do parents know?

Do they understand?

Is violence the only solution to domestic conflict?

Many complain we live in a wounded society

What we dont realize is that its us building such a society

And raising kids that are grasping violence as the solution

Yet deeply wounded within themselves

Question is, for how long?
