FOR HOW LONG?

For how long are we going to instill beliefs that don’t add value to them?

The society has a way of shaping minds

In this case the masculine mind

Right from a young age they are defined

We all come to the world as a blank book

And every single step of the way we pick up lines which turn to paragraphs, pages and chapters and later we have a book of our own lives

In later years, they look at their lives and realize certain beliefs regarding their gender that they were taught aren’t of value as its usually depicted

Thing of every new born baby boy

What should we change as we raise them?

What beliefs are we supposed to alter?

Think about those young men suffering in silence, because society put them in a box

In as much as we don’t see this of value, we ought to remember we are all connected at the end of the day

The values and beliefs we instill in our young boys and men have a direct or indirect impact on our lives as a society

At the end of the day, its these values and beliefs that they are going to project out there

And as it directly or indirectly affects us as society

It directly affects them too
