LAST LETTER

I know of your boy kid, Megan
Of your wife, Rimanto
I wrote her a letter the other day
Asking her whether I could marry her husband
She never responded
Maybe it was not delivered.

She said she loves you,
I wanna say the same in a different language,
‘Te amo medianoche café’
She said she’d cross seas for you,
I wanna express the same in a different way
I’d take you around the universe.

¿Qué valor Te Tù vivir por?
Que principio impulso su pensamiento,
Vocablo, acción.
Qué por favor su sacrificar,
To do màs porque?
Si, sacrificio averiado estelar.

She said she’d give you her all,
But I will only offer you my broken stars,
‘Cause that’s all I have
She said she’d love you to the moon and back
But I will only love you with my every breathe
My midnight coffee.

Hide this letter from her,
Not in your trouser or shirt
She might find it when cleaning the laundry,
Not under your pillow,
She might find it when spreading the bed,
Hide it in the depths of your soul.
