My heart cries for your love,
I want you, I want to feel you close,
My arms are wide open to let you back in,
Please tell me you will let me hold you,

Pretend like I’m all you will ever need,
Tell me you will always be there,
I don’t want to walk away from us,
If I do, I’m scared I will lose me,

I used to feel safe and happy in your arms,
But it doesn’t feel the same anymore,
Tell me everything will be okay in the end,
Because I’m scared of letting you go,

I’m standing here, waiting for you to hold me,
Asking you to think of us, give us chance,
But I’m fighting for a love I’m starting to forget.
Cause the thought of letting go of you is sinking in.
