Whenever I say I love you,
You often reply with I heard you.
Letting your voice rise like the evening waves,
a voice that scares me when you yell.
It gets me going stir crazy.
Look, look at me?
I’m alone, my mind keeps racing. I freak out about stuff.
You come home late,
Probably drunk.
You sleep in the guest room,
Leaving your supper untouched.
Leave without tea, no morning talks,
No nothing.
How do you expect me to be.
