LOVE IS NEVER ENOUGH

Love is like a ministry
It also resembles geometry
Love has its branches
It doesn’t need avalanches
I can’t love you without life
I am of the belief of pro-life
You know I must pay bills
Or else I’ll be the victim of pills
Love isn’t enough!

You want me to give you my all
But you don’t care about my downfall
You don’t see my clothes tattered
You don’t care if my bread is buttered
Yet you want by body shining and smooth
I don’t want much just take me to a booth
You promised to build me a better house
It still leaks and cold am living like a mouse
For real Love isn’t enough!

I don’t need luxury rather than your support
Don’t take it as a red flag or as a misreport
Because in eternity my love still stays strong
I know no matter what, to you I still belong
Please don’t look back ’cause in truth I stay
You are the only reason I persist to pray
For my love is not blind, it sees but doesn’t mind
Not matter how you judge me I remain to be kind
But still in this race love isn’t enough!

This truth deeply hurts
’cause at this moment I don’t accept flirts
You have to change your character
Because I won’t allow a sluggard harvester
To reap from their humiliation
Some plants even undergoes exfoliation
To maintain good health
And I won’t act in stealth
It hurts that love isn’t enough!
