Inside My Nerves

I used to fall in love with my mind
When you became my heart I got so blind
Is this how it feels to be in love?
You’ve made a badboy so weak my dove
Does this feeling of love stay long?
I want it forever even if it’s wrong.

How does it feel to dream of your lover
When you’re under the blanket cover?
Is that what they say to be on heat?
Then I would enjoy every beat
I took an oath not to be naughty
But you know how to be naughty, and sporty.

They call it love, I call it fire
‘cause that heat is not a liar
It conquers even the savannah
They call you Ednah
Will you be forever mine?
Not because you’re a rich gold mine.

Do you love it on slow motion
Or when it’s softened with lotion?
Should I take it slow on their camera
Or just solve the algebra?
If it’s life then we’ll balance the seesaw
It’s not a must to heed to the archaic societal law.

You know they have a lot to say
They won’t stop even if we pray
Because they’re created to test our union
Let’s make ‘em know that death is the only conclusion
Only if they don’t understand our beliefs
We’ll make them aware of the colours of our briefs.

Even if I was a president
You’ll always be my heart resident
You may think that I am just glib
But from every atom of me you’re my complete rib
I’ll always be by ‘ur side even if it means sharing gravestone
If that is the destined milestone.
