• To join us in creating a safe space for every male who needs one.
• To fight for the #boychild welfare and social justice.
• Support young, grown and older males with mental conditions to help them be heard, to fight for their needs, and to defend their rights
• Network with other advocacy providers within the wider community to enhance awareness of our service
• Join the #saveboychild mental health campaigns and work towards making the world a better place.
• Educate the community on the importance and need for male mental health without attaching it to secondary responsibilities.
• Be the unbiased listening ear for the #boychild.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have active listening and compassion skills
• Have a degree in psychology and counseling [Optional]
• Knowledge of group behavior and dynamics, societal trends and influences, human migrations, ethnicity, and cultures and their history and origins.
• Having practiced non-instructed advocacy
