The first tale,
Just the other day, she called it off
The day the knit broke
The bond went loose,
Yes, that day
I saw I fade away through the gleam of her eyes
The gleam of her eyes that resembled the blue of the skies
The one that used to make me happy with its glow
Like snow melted away
I saw it darken, I saw it fade away
Like ice flakes on a sunny day
That day
Left perplexed
I drew the parallels of us from the genesis of it all
How our pseudo rollercoaster love attained its existence
And decided to compose a poem
An article with sounds like wind chimes on a breezy day
To craft a sweet perfect art
About a sweet love gone sour
One about us
About her love
The rose that blinded me
With a scent serene and sweet
The glittering of her beauty
The sophistication of her complexity
All sang songs of welcome
Dancing my way through, high and drunk in love
I tripped, slid and deeply fell in love
With a beauty, my perfect match
I entered a lovely world confusion
The world of love
Its glimmers attracted me
Its blossoms invites me
Its beauty welcomed me
Its warmth kept me
The echoes of its sweet idyllic hymns
Hymns chanted by two souls madly in love
Kept me safely in love
The sweetness of our sour love
Was a paradise to me……
Is a paradise to me…..
