NONE IS GREATER

It’s from a man’s rib that we are told a woman came from. This means that a woman has qualities of man that enables her to do anything a man can do, not only better but with more vigor and competence.

It’s through a name ‘man’ where the name ‘woman’ was derived. This indicates that these two genders should be treated in the same, not in a way that one is favored or seen delicate than the other.

A woman should be respected, valued and treated the right way. She is the pillar and foundation of the current generation and the ones to come. She is not only a mother but also a wife, a sister, a teacher, a cook and even some are engineers and are becoming better versions than those of men.

This means that no woman should be disrespected, insulted or abused just because of her gender. Rather they should all be accorded with all the good virtues that give them a sense of belonging.

On the other hand, a man is equally important as he is the biggest support in everything. Family, protector, well being of his children, community and country. Don’t we all hear how these men placed their lives in danger and some even died for us to gain our independence? Without men , life balance should have never been acquired.

Men should not be abused too. Neither beaten or disrespected. They are as human as women are and they have flesh and blood just like women. After all , we are all created from the same materials. That gives us a common thing which is humanity.

Let all genders receive the same piece of bread. It’s only peaceful when we place our well being way up, lower our pride and egos and say never to gender violence. Let equality be our portion.
