The night was
so long
and lonely
while I stood at the window
watched the beauty
of the sky and then thoughts
covered and blackened
my young fresh mind
thinking of you
and why
you’ve taken this long
to come back home
I stepped backward
with no intention to sleep
nor even have a meal
since you were not around
as you promised
to always run back
to me when
tables overturn
but now where are you.
“Dear Love…..”
I saw the letter you
had written
“I won’t come back
I want to rest
and test the life
that our forefathers are living
since we told them to
rest in eternal peace
Please don’t come
to the streets looking
for me
you won’t find me anywhere
Don’t cry for your loss
for I wasn’t the best
you always were stressed
with no happiness
so you can smile
while am away from you
Don’t tell people
my funny stories
or rather my
gritty behaviors
coz I want to be
forgotten forever
in either way possible
