That day

On the day you lost my love
On the day I lost your touch
The day my heart failed terribly
Even to skip the beat sadly.

I still recall those time-scenes,
When laughter was medicine ,
And love was life itself in person,
And it was life’s one only reason.

I loved you more than me,
But you loved money than peace,
You chose artificial happiness,
That your broken heart won’t sense.

But here I still wait for you,
For a wedding with this dowry ewe,
I know I might die in pain alone,
Cause pure love is hard to clone.
