From the Hill, My love and I slope,
sweet nothings filling the warm
afternoon air. She giggles and
winks seductively as I look on sheepishly,
“you are the one reason that I live.”
the Immortal words that the winds
are bound to carry to tomorrow,
come flowing in a melody,
From the hill, she finds comfort in
my hands, her breath synchronized
to my heart beat. It’s us against
the world and again,
Her cheeks turn red, flirting; as
my eyes narrow, zeroing on her
cherry moist lips “kiss me.” she
moans, and we lock on a long
wet passionate kiss,
My mind will surely return to
this place, even in the distant
and uncertain future. The Hill that
my love and I once stood, so far
and yet so vivid in mind..
