Admit it
Being yourself doesn’t hurt
Though no one will take you to Court
You’ll be drinking your yoghurt
But I swear you’ll end up hurt
Admit it
You don’t have to fake
Remember it’s your life at stake
One morning you’ll wake up broke
You’ll be like I miss that cupcake
And regret making that mistake
Admit it
You don’t need that sugar daddy
You deserve better you’re young and toddy
For Christ sake don’t date your granddaddy
Soon to him you’ll be boring and cruddy
Admit it
You spend time with friends sitting
To each other you’re pontificating
You’re forever competing
For the glory of self aggrandizing
Admit it
You spend you life bitching about
In the bus you shout to the tout
Church matters you’re out
But in the club you can’t afford to miss out
Admit it
You do “self-medicate”
There’s no drug you can’t rate
You treat your anxiety problem with hate
If it’s alcohol you always pass that route
Admit it
Everything you do is to impress
The way you walk talk and dress
It shows what you are a seductress
The words you utter makes us speechless
Admit it
You can leave those urges unfulfilled
You’ll feel discontented and disconnected
But you won’t be disappointed
Believe me you’ll feel elevated
Admit it
Like once be proud of yourself
For once add the Bible on the bookshelf
It’s something done by oneself
Change everything by yourself
Admit it
The choice is yours
To decide you can take hours
You can do it bowing in fours
The talent you’re misusing can take you to tours
