Gender inequality mostly affects women
In most families
Men are given first priority
For example boy child is educated more than a girl
When the girl child leaves form 4
She is assumed to be ready for the marriage
Instead of her being taken to University or next level
Many dropouts are girls
Who become pregnant in school
Most parents don’t mind at all
When boys attain 18, they are given all freedom which is not the case for girl child

In many interviews, big number is for men who gets the job
Why is it that government can’t implement laws favoring equal gender?
