Today im on my own,
I thought i could win,
I never got into the fight,
The plain never left,
Yes im a writer,
And yes i do poetry,
It hurts,
Yet nobody understands,
I also cry,
I wont lie,
Am a man,
Yet i can’t strengthen,
I was raped,
No one cared,
I was beaten,
No one to listen,
Do i quit,
Do i wait,
I have lost my role,
Am more of a sole,
I might be the doctor,
But caught up in torture,
I got no shoulder,
Yet am getting older,
Though i got hope,
Maybe I’ll pulp,
Give me an ear,
I’ll be up in a year.
