Nay she cared just right,
For a woman is an anchor,
A woman is a comforter,
Maybe she cared just right
For the beliefs she held dictated so,
Was it worth her while?
Maybe, but what’s for sure
She was lost engrossed in caring for others
That she forgot about number one,
What a woman?! I don’t think so,
A little too much is a little too bad
That holds for whatever thing
A woman doesn’t owe the world anything
And shouldn’t be put only in the giving position
For a change, the reception.
Toxic Femininity might be unspoken, it might be obscure but that doesn’t make it any less a problem. Toxic femininity is detrimental to the wellbeing of women. Women often try to give their all to have have others comfortable not minding the loads it weighs on them.
