SANGUINARY

They say blood is thicker than water
But what if that’s wrong coz it made me bitter
I don’t want to believe that deep down
But how when people are different before dawn
How when they’re inhumane
You’ll think they’re insane
You know family should have our backs
Interestingly they  stab our backs
So what’s wrong with this generation
Where hurting people is the general notion
Where husbands beat their wives
Where orphans have sorrow, misery in their lives
We should go back in time
In the keep your neighbors time
Nowadays neighbors die of hunger
And we don’t see the danger
The smiling faces are depressed
They won’t tell you they’re oppressed
I was thinking what if;
What if there wasn’t police brutality
What if there was piece in all eternity
What if we embraced love
Not being an etheist to oppose the one above
Be an enthusiast and be concerned
Let’s think of consequences
Because what if we were not sanguinary
