There is no job for men or women
It is a responsibility for any citizen to do any type of work
Because we pay taxes all, no one should be discriminated in any office
In some situations for example in organizations, discussion groups, companies, among others… Men tend to dominate
There is no superior or inferior individual
Some people tend to argue that women cannot tackle hard courses like engineering
Actually they are the best
They perform well in theories, practicals
That’s to say, women should be given opportunities in any sector
They should have a say in parliament
They should be equally represented in sectors like private, public or non-organizations
Let’s respect any gender
