In God’s image and likeness we were all born. Given the free will to do what we deem right or wrong. In our mothers’ wombs we were consecrated; not being asked whether we willed it or not, not having the abilities to ask for our rights or to ask what we would have loved upon our lives when born. We were choice less, voiceless and helpless.
We had no rights to choose in what sex we would be born of. Nor did our procreators have a choice as well. Born male, born female, born a transgender, this is a thing we couldn’t place our control over.
A husband and a wife will sometimes argue over the gender of their unborn baby, one wishing for a male while the other wishes for a female. However, some wishes can’t be horses and no one can ride on them as they pass just like an illusion.
Whether a girl or a boy, it’s a child, it’s a blessing that ‘we’ never had before. It’s a bond of the love we share and a blend of two different types of blood.
All genders should be treated equally in terms of their needs, values, responsibilities, opportunities and even character. A male should be disciplined just like a female should be, given the same love and care with no favoritism. No gender is greater than the other.
In the world today, there are way too many women doing works that were given to men back then. They are leading in politics and heading in families as well. Men have become great chefs as well. Very good caretakers. I mean isn’t division of labor so beautiful . Isn’t it amazing when any gender can do any work without any discrimination? Equality should be the key.
When all genders are given the rights they deserve and treated as they should, wrangles are easily prevented and peace at large is acquired. Start by treating your neighbor well despise their gender. It all starts with one. Be that one.
